Students are required to provide a proof of status such as ID Card or transcript to benefit from the reduced rate.


Main Conference Basic Package includes access to scientific program activities, opening reception, exhibition hall, lunch boxes and coffee breaks. The Main Conference Standard Package includes access to scientific program activities, opening reception, exhibition hall, lunch boxes, coffee breaks and the conference banquet.

Workshops + Tutorials Packages include access to workshops and tutorials presented on the day chosen, lunch boxes and coffee breaks. To have access to the Banquet, participant registered to the Workshops + Tutorials Packages only must buy extra banquet ticket.

Participants who plan to attend both workshops/tutorials and the main conference should choose both packages.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

The online registration system offers multiple methods of payment

  • by credit card; or
  • ask for an invoice and pay later by cheque or bank transfer (see details on invoice)

The early registration rate will only apply to participants for which payment will have been received by the Registration Secretariat no later than April 13, 2019.

All registered participants will receive confirmation of their registration including an invoice whether they pay online or not.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
  • 0 % cancellation fee is applicable to cancellations received before April 13, 2019;
  • 50% cancellation fee is applicable to cancellations received before April 22, 2019;
  • After this date, the registration fee, including banquet tickets, is non-refundable.

The Registration and Information Counter will be open according to the following schedule:

Upon your arrival, you must report to this counter to register and pick up your badge and tickets for the activities you have signed up for. Please note that you must wear your badge at all times.

We recommend that you check-in at the registration counter at least 30 minutes before the start of your activities.

LETTERS OF INVITATION:

Invitations will be sent by AAMAS 2019 Secretariat, on request, to participants from countries who require a visa to enter Canada. All requests are to be sent to aamas2019registration@agoraopus3.com

The request must include:

  • Full name, date of birth, place of birth and passport number of the participant
  • Complete civic address
  • A brief paragraph with the reason and motivation to participate in AAMAS 2019

Please note that invitation letters will only be sent to participants whose registration fees are paid in full. AAMAS 2019 organizers reserve the right to refuse any demand of invitation letter.
